Our apple cider base co-fermented with raspberries and rose hips, then blended with two-year aged cranberry wine. Cellared for one year after a secondary fermentation in-bottle. Dry, complex and surprisingly smooth with a ton of fresh berry aroma and a tart, sour finish.
