Lively Airs - strawberry basil cider
Made with Spy and Honeycrisp apples blended with local strawberries and aged with basil.
Lively Airs is named after a picnic outing sponsored by the Western Counties Railway. On May 1875, in order to raise money, flat cars were fitted with temporary benches, and an estimated 1,200 people went on the excursion. As entertainment, the Milton Brass Band played lively airs from seats at the centre of the train.
