Maple Whisky Cider
A strong cider with aromas of apple pie and bourbon. Notes of cinnamon, oak and vanilla round out this extremely smooth and easy drinking cider.
Made from 2019 late season apples that were fermented dry and aged nine months in a whisky barrel that previously held maple syrup. It was then aged an additional six months in tank and was sweetened with a touch of maple syrup. Be careful, it’s 9% ABV! Serve cold in a wine glass.
