Aged six months in a barrel that previously held local rum. Golden hued with notes of caramel, molasses and candy apple. Finishes clean and bright with warming notes of fresh apple and dark rum.
 
Gin Cider  - 8.3%
Aged six months in a french oak barrel that previously held local gin, this cider is very smooth and crisp with aromas of fresh apple, juniper and citrus. Subtle notes of cotton candy and pine.
 
Tequila Barrel - 8.9%
Honeycrisp and Gravenstein apples aged eight months in tequila barrel. Notes of honey, oak and fresh agave.
